You can mix and match the days as you see fit. Please try to take at least one true "Rest" day a week.

Week 2 - Workout 1
Skill & Strength:
Rest Day
Conditioning:
AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible): 20 minutes
10 pushup
20 steps Lunges with 15 lb DBs - 10R/10L)
20 situps (use stability ball)
30 Jump Rope
Endurance:
Short Interval (elliptical)
